Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we will try to resolve any problems that you may have. If, however, you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will promptly exchange the item, issue a credit or refund you.

Terms and Conditions of return

1. Customers have the right to return their order within 7 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Perfume-Click.ie does not refund postal charges.
2. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Evidence will be required to support a claim.
3. Any returned items must be received within 10 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at Perfume-Click.ie's discretion.
4. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Perfume-Click.ie will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
5. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products only. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. If they still require the item the customer will need to reorder.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against products shown on the Perfume Click website (www.perfume-click.ie)
2. Gift vouchers should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
3. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash & is non-returnable or transferable.
4. This gift voucher may be used for any products of a lower or equal price than the face value on this voucher. If the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher a payment will need to be made to complete the purchase. Any remaining credit can be used on multiple purchases.
5. The voucher is a unique code; please do not disclose this code to anyone, any misuse of the code will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. Voucher codes are valid 12 months from date of purchase.
7. Voucher code values can be obtained by entering the code on the website www.perfume-click.ie at checkout.
8. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
