Aramis Aftershave & Men's Fragrance

Aramis is a classic men's fragrance and skincare brand. One of the oldest of the Estee Lauder Company, the Aramis brand was launched in 1964 as one of the first complete line of grooming products designed specifically for men and was named after the musketeer of the same name. The line included shaving gels, skin care products and scents. In the following decades, Estee Lauder has grown into a multi-billion dollar beauty empire and Aramis aftershave has become one of its most important assets.

The brand's fragrances, most notably the original fragrance Aramis (1966), have become favourites of several generations of men. Aramis (1966) was a huge success and quite a pioneering scent when it was first released in the 60's as it was among the first premium aftershaves to be sold in department stores. The woody gentleman's cologne with notes of leather, grass and spicy cinnamon has remained popular thanks to it's straightforwardness and down-to-earth masculine character. It remains one of the UK's most popular scents for men. There has of course been quite a few new takes on the original, including the extremely fresh version Aramis Ice (2003) and the aromatic Aramis Black (2015) with grapefruit, mastic, juniper, wood and cognac on a leather and incense base, as well as numerous gift sets. There has also been completely new fragrance releases from the brand, such as Adventurer (2014) which is a woody aromatic scent with an uplifting freshness.

The brand launched the LAB series in 1987 – a series of modern grooming products for men that has become a cornerstone of the men's skincare market. Popular products include the Maximum Comfort shaving range and the Age Rescue collection.
