Ann Summers Perfume & Women's Fragrance

Ann Summers is an adult pleasures retail-chain that was launched in 1970 by Kim Caborn Waterfield and was named after his secretary Annice Summers. The company was bought by Ralph and David Gold in 1971 and has grown immensely over the last years and is currently a £100 million business with over 145 stores in the UK. Ann Summers has been nominated for multiple awards by Cosmopolitan, Drapers, Reveal and Fabulous. Daughter of David Gold, Jacqueline Gold, was awarded the CBE in 2016 New Year Honours.

One of their successes was they self-acclaimed “bunny boom” in 1999 where they sold over 1 million of their “Rampant Rabbits”. Their success within the UK kept on growing and in 2005 they were able to open their first branch outside of Great Britain, in Valencia. In 2010 their business ventured out from their usual lingerie and adult toys range and launched a swimwear collection. Noteworthy models are Sam Faiers and Jess Wright who have been the face of their Sexy Lace and swimwear collection.

In the beginning of the 21st century their first fragrance “Noir” launched, a sweet and sensual fragrance perfect for seduction as it contains pheromones. Their marketing ploy to combine their usual products with the erotic sense of smell worked out great and they were able to launch a second fragrance Aphrodisiac in 2015. The sophisticated and sultry perfume combines white florals and darker notes to create the perfect night time fragrance to stroke your senses.
