Guess Perfume & Women's Fragrance

Guess is an American fashion brand that was founded by the Marciano brothers; Georges, Maurice, Armand and Paul. This trendsetting brand is known for it's jeans as well as a series of very successful perfumes, including Guess Original (1990), Guess Gold (2007) as well as Guess Dare (2014).

The brothers were originally from Marocco but lived in France for many years where they operated several clothing shops in the French Riviera. They opted to start anew in the US in 1981 and opened a shop in Beverly Hills, one of the most affluent parts of Los Angeles. The brothers had visited LA regularly before moving and were very influenced by American culture. Georges Marciano created the jeans for the store himself, and his denim designs would become an important part of Guess.

In the 90's the company expanded to Europe and Japan. There were hundreds of Guess stores all over the world where customers could shop for handbags, shoes, jeans and watches. The company has carried on into the 2000's, using celebrities like Paris Hilton and Gigi Hadid as models.

One popular aspect of the company has been their fantastic perfumes. Guess Original was naturally the very first Guess perfume for women. Like many Guess scents it is a fresh and fruity scent and Original features a lovely mix of lemon, grapefruit, blackcurrant and florals on a wood and vanilla base. Guess Gold (2007) is a fruity floral with frozen citrus, pineapple, jasmine, lotus and rose on wood and vetiver. Many of Guess perfumes for women are available in gift set featuring shower gels and body lotion with the same great scents.
