James Bond Perfume & Women's Fragrance

James Bond is the most iconic character in cinema history; he's is a fictional character “born” by Ian Fleming who based Bond on a number of different spies.
Ian himself worked as a Naval Intelligence Officer during WWII which helped in developing the character Bond, but the biggest inspiration for Bond actually came from the English polymath John Dee (1527-1608). He was an all-round genius and 16th century bad boy. In secret letters to the queen, Dee would sign them with a '007' glyph, signifying that the letters came from him and that they were for the Queens eyes only.

Ian Fleming wanted his character to have a flat quiet name, one that would make his character seem very boring, dull and uninteresting, but of course a man who led a secret life as an agent to whom very interesting things happened indeed.
The name came about when Ian spotted an ornithology book, 'Birds Of The West Indies' by James Bond, Ian thought this was the dullest name he had ever heard of, so of course this is the name he picked for his secret agent. Today, however, James Bond is equivalent to sexy, fast paced and interesting.

James Bond is cocky, swaggering, confident, dark, dangerous, suggestive, sexy and unstoppable. He is an expert skier, swimmer, golfer, marksman and driver. He is a man in his thirties or forties; he loves women and always manages to seduce at least one woman pr film. He drinks (vodka martini, shaken, not stirred), smokes (although he doesn’t in the most recent films) and gambles. He kills bad guys and saves the world time after time again. All in the name of the Queen.

When Ian Fleming set out to write his spy novels, he wanted to write “the spy story to end all spy stories”. It would appear that Ian got his wish.

Bond has been played by several confident, dark, dangerous, suggestive and sexy men throughout the history of Bond. Sean Connery was the first Bond followed by George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig (I the 2012 film, Skyfall, James Bond (aka Daniel Craig)actually accompanies Her Majesty The Queen to the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games).

The first Bond fragrance was launched in 2015. All Bond fragrances are of a dangerously seductive nature and take their inspiration from the iconic women found in Bond's seductive and daring world.
