Shiseido Perfume & Women's Fragrance

Shiseido set foot in the world of fragrances with the release of White Rose Natural in 1954. It is a clean, floral fragrance, as the name suggests, and the history of this particular fragrance is quite unclear. What we do know is that this was the beginning of a success story for the Shiseido perfume department. As Shisheido has produced over fifty fragrances it is hard to pick favourites. An unknown gem within their range is the Angelique perfume that was first seen in 1991. Its beautiful aroma is influenced by oriental and floral accents of grapefruit, heliotrope, benzoin and sandalwood.

Zen (1964) is a true classic and loved by many. Originally housed in a black bottle adorned with flowers, the fragrance was relaunched in a completely white bottle in 1999. Still true to the original formulation it contained a selection of succulent flowers and was completed with a woody base. The Zen perfume was re-relaunched in a gold bottle in (2007). This time the juice did chance and the Zen fragrance as we know it today is more zesty with the addition of grapefruit and bergamot.

A more recent production is the successful Ever Bloom (2015). Only released a couple of years ago, this fragrances has taken the world by storm. It is a sweet and floral perfume that is influenced by the contrast between the East and the West, just as the company's heritage. Created by layering accents of lotus, Bulgarian rose, Tunisian orange blossom and hinoki wood. Later released were its successors Ever Bloom Eau de Toilette (2016) and Ever Bloom Extrait Absolu (2016).
